Painters in Newtown, PA
Newtown is one of the most sought after towns in Bucks County, with a historic borough that has kept its colonial character and an affluent surrounding township. The homes here range from genuine period properties in the borough to large newer builds outside it, and the expectations run high.
Painting in Newtown
The borough along State Street and Washington Avenue holds historic homes with the detail and age that demand careful prep and a considered palette. Outside the borough, Newtown Township has larger and newer single family homes where cabinet refinishing and whole home interior work are common. Wallpaper is a regular request across both, and this is exactly the kind of high end, detail conscious market where Kathy's design background and KACE's finish standards land best.
Local, careful, and straight with you.
We are based in Bristol, minutes from Newtown, which keeps us quick to quote and quick to start. Every job gets the same virtually dust free prep, the same clean finish, and the same trained designer's eye for color. And every estimate is free and written down before any work begins.
Whole house interior painting in Newtown
Before the sale was finalized, I had the opportunity to walk through the house with the clients, provide a detailed estimate, and schedule the project pending the final purchase. This allowed them to have their painter lined up before any furniture was delivered.
Once they settled on their new home in Newtown, Pennsylvania, KACE Painting & Design LLC began transforming the interior that same week.
They wanted one consistent paint color throughout the entire house, so we evaluated each room in different lighting to ensure the color looked beautiful and cohesive from space to space.
The result was a fresh, seamless look throughout their Newtown home.
From pre-sale planning to a professionally painted interior before move-in.
