Your space is treated with the same care we would give our own. Furniture and belongings are carefully protected, work areas are kept clean, and the space is left neat when the job is finished. KACE uses HEPA filtration equipment and virtually dust free sanding methods during preparation to contain fine dust and keep the disruption down. For commercial projects, your business may need to stay open, so the work is planned around your operations with appropriate safety precautions.

Before any paint or finish is applied, the surfaces are assessed, the areas that need attention are identified, and they are prepared for a smooth, durable result. That may include cleaning, patching holes and cracks, repairing minor imperfections, caulking gaps, scraping loose or peeling paint, sanding rough areas, and priming where needed. Floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces are protected before work begins.
