Pressure Washing in Bucks County
Paint will not bond to a chalky or dirty surface. On an exterior job the wash is part of the work rather than an add on, and it is worth doing on its own too.

Priced to the job, not a template.
Washing is priced by the size of the house or the surface, how many stories, what the material is, and how much growth and chalking is on it. When it is prep for an exterior paint job it is normally folded into that estimate rather than billed separately. Either way we look at it first and the price is written down before anything starts. Estimates are free.
Common questions.
Do you pressure wash as a standalone service?
Yes. House washing and surface cleaning can be booked on its own, or as the first step of an exterior painting job. Either way it is the same work.
Why does an exterior paint job need a wash first?
Paint will not bond to a chalky or dirty surface. Siding collects dust, pollen, mildew and chalked off coating, and anything that goes over that is sitting on loose material. On an exterior job the wash is part of the work rather than an add on.
Will the pressure damage my siding?
Not the way we do it. Pressure gets matched to the surface, and a lot of what people call pressure washing is better done at low pressure with the right cleaner doing the work. Blasting vinyl, old wood or stucco at full pressure forces water behind it.
What do you not wash?
We will tell you when a surface should not be washed, usually failing paint, rotted wood or bad glazing that will take on water. Those get repaired first. Roofs are not something we do.
